Every business depends on the selling, purchasing of the goods and services. The point arises whether we want to make the purchase again of the same products and services. paid service which company provides after the purchase of any goods &

to satisfy and make customer happy. Many companies provide the coupons, gift
cards, warranty card with the purchase. Such that the customer will enjoy the
benefits of services after the sales. So that the post sales service is also a
major factor for customer satisfaction.

means how easily goods and services are available for purchase. In the Modern
world the purchase of any product & Services is easy with the new
technology. The companies are adopting new technologies so that the customer
will purchase easily and satisfied after buying the product. The best example
of the ease of purchase is through the “apps” only in one click we can purchase
through online transactions and the products will be delivered directly to our
home. Dell is the best example for ease of purchase as customer can customize the
product according to their needs and the product will be delivered to the home.
Mostly companies are focusing on the ease of purchasing and making high profits
and customers are also satisfied with the ease of purchasing.
The
key to success for any business is the customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer
will return with more customers in the company’s account. Whether you are
manufacturing the small sachets or the sport cars, your business will grow with
a satisfied customer which will later turn into the loyal customer or leads to
